Zombies are not gross rotting mindless humanoid creatures. They are simply the living dead, resurrected by black magic. Certain qualities come with being brought back from the dead, making zombies there own race.

Powers
Kill plant life by just being around.
Super strength.
Immortal.

Weaknesses
Silver seriously harms and can kill a zombie if a blow to the head.
Staking them back to their graves kills them.
