Djinn

Djinn, or in the singular djinni, are comparable to genies. They are born in a parallel universe between earth and hell. Djinni have the ability to visit earth and take form of whatever they prefer, dogs and humans being their preferred. Typically they are covered in tattoos and very sinister in nature. Different ranks of djinn exist, classified by the color their eyes glow when using their powers. Blue is most common, being the older and one of the most powerful types. Yellow are ranked just under blue, green being the lowest rank as they are the new an inexperienced djinn. Black eyed djinn are the most powerful, often royalty to their kind. Lastly are red eyed, which are the most agressive and hostile djinn.

Powers
Like genies, their stereotype, they can grant wishes by conjuring objects at will.
If in contact with someone djinni can alter reality, putting mirage like visions of whatever they desire. To do this they are also able to tap into their victims memory.
Dream manipulation.
Reincarnation, you can't kill a djinn easily so most times they are reincarnated.
Superhuman strength and near invulnerability.

Weaknesses
If you kill them as you would kill a human they do die for a short period of time.
Copper is their weakness, they can't come into contact.
Special magical rings have been forged that make people immune to djinn powers.
