Reapers

Reapers are the bringers of death. They have the ability to take and give life. Humans can only see them if they are near death or dying, but immortals can see them. In order to give life, a reaper has to take life. Vice versa if they wish to take it.

Powers
Resurrect the dead.
Kill people on touch.
Reapers can stop time for short intervals.
Teleportation.

Weaknesses
Can be controlled by black magic.
If their controller is killed, so is the reaper.
